Stage plantes sauvages comestibles

You will learn how to recognize, pick and cook wild edible plants without the risk of confusion. We will cook simple and tasty vegetarian menus that you can easily reproduce at home. All the recipes will be sent to you

Possible accommodation in the large chalet that welcomes us (5€/person/night): no electricity or running water – shared dormitory, mountain water to pool, solar shower, dry toilets, wood stove if needed, wood-fired sauna.

If you want more comfort, you are free to book the accommodation of your choice nearby (in the village of la Morte).

If you wish, you can also take advantage of the medicinal plants workshop on 13 and 14 July in the same place.
