Situation
From GRENOBLE: Take the A480, exit no. 8 toward Vizille, La Mure, then head in the direction of Gap. At Les Égats, turn left after the road to Saint-Laurent-en-Beaumont.
Alternative route recommended to avoid the steep Laffrey climb (7 km at a 12% gradient):
From the A480, take exit no. 8 toward Vizille. On the RN85, follow the D529 at Champ-sur-Drac, then continue through La Motte-d’Aveillans.
